Payments I accept
I take payment through or as:
• Paypal
• DeviantArt Points
• Nintendo Store Gift Cards/Codes
• Discord Nitro Gifts
• Ovipet Credits
• Amino Coins (only when explicitly stated)
• Art trade / character trade (only when explicitly stated)Accepted payments can vary between what is being bought, the details of design/s or characters, or how long it will take me to make the work. It is advised to check before your purchase or bid to make sure of the currency I am accepting for the work. My prices will change overtime, reflecting style changes and personal circumstances.The minimum time for payment is:
- Within two (2) days of claiming an adoptable
- Commissions and Commission slots being paid half upfront and half when finished, or all can be paid upfront
- Auctions should be paid within two (2) days of me notifying you of your winIf these are not paid before the time is up, then the slot will be opened back up and I will not start/finish your commission, or the adoptable will go back to being available. This also covers YCH and Auctions. If you do not pay within that time on an auction, the art/design being auctioned will go to the second-place bidder. There is potential for you to be added to my blacklist if you do not pay with in the given time.Payment Plans. They are accepted and these can be discussed in PMs/DMs, any form of private chat.
CommissionsAll commissions by me fall under full artistic freedom, therefore I am not forced to show you previews of finished artworks unless you have paid in full. WIPs are not forced to be shown by me unless asked, but will have watermarks over them unless paid in full. I hold the right to not show you WIPs if you do not comply with my terms and what I ask of you.Making artworks take time, but are usually completed within 20-50 days, unless stated or talked about otherwise. Even if this is the average time, I can take longer than the given time due to many personal circumstances. I do not accept written descriptions of characters for reference, but I can work with reference images of what you think your character looks like to you. If you provide references this way, there is the chance that your character may not turn out how you imagine them to be, and I will not be held responsible for this.It is your responsibility to tell me all the details or your character and everything else I need to know in order to make your commission. I do not do changes to the commission after I have completed it unless:
- I have not completed the commission to the description you gave me
- or any details I missed that I was given before I finished the commission.If you change a character during the time that I am completing the commission, let me know. If it is a drastic change, I may not be able to change the commission or I will charge you extra to change and finish it, if it is a small detail, like some altered markings or piercings, I will add them onto the commission without extra charge as long as I am notified before I finish.The more detailed or complex a character is, the more likely I will charge extra. You may use your purchased art where you want, but you cannot claim it as your own. You can use it:
- for personal use unless agreed otherwise, such as on your social media platforms, profiles, etc
- print the artwork and claim the character/s as your own
- on your youtube channel and in monetised videos, as long as the art is not the main subject for your own earningsFinished commissioned artworks will be posted to my Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Toyhouse or Furaffinity accounts, as well as places on Amino and other websites that I may use to sell my commissions or art. I as the artist will use the artwork that I drew to promote myself.Save your art. I change between devices often, so I usually will not have a backup of your commissioned art or adoptable. I do not delete emails from my “sent” folder so there is a chance that you can recover lost art if you have requested that I email it to you. I am not responsible for lost art or deleted commissions in my galleries and devices. I will not refund you if you have lost the art or I cannot find it.I hold the right to decline anyone at any time for any reason at all. If I am unable to finish a commission, I will send you a full refund back at your request.
Adopts
These rules do not apply to closed species, as they have their own rules further down.Adoptables that you have bought from me may be resold but no more than what you bought it from me unless there is additional art added to the character.
This does not include:
- Free art
- Requests
- Gifted art
- Any form of free art
You may gift or trade designs you have bought from me.You may not sell a design or character if you received them through:
- A raffle
- As a prize
- As a gift
- or got it for free through any other meansI can put adopts on hold, adopt holds last for 72 hours (three days)You can change the design as much or as little as you want once your purchase the character. The changes can include, but are not limited:
- Gender
- Markings
- Species
- Clothing
Just keep it recognisable to the original design, unless it has been stated otherwise with the adopt. Closed Species have their own, seperate rules that should be followed.You may post any adoptable bought from me as long as you remember to credit me and not claim the design as your own. Violation of the terms means I can and will reclaim the design, with the chance of me reselling or reusing the design, even without a refund.
Auctions
Read the rules listed with any auction I host. Only bid if you have the payment or are close to having that amount at the end of the auction. Do not retract your bid/s, otherwise you could be added onto my blacklist. This means you cannot enter auctions I host in the future if I do not trust you or you will possibly waste my time.Auctions can be cancelled, extended, or postponed for a later date if there are no bids within the first 24 hours of posting or if there are rule breakers.
Original SpeciesThese rules apply to my own original species, as other people’s species have their own rules and regulations. The species under these rules include:
- Skarins
- CoalfficsObviously you do not have permission to create any of my closed species, by the:
- Looks/appearance
- Designs
- Names
- Or specie specific traitsYou can only pass this rule if you have been gifted, won, or purchased a MYO (make your own) slot or you own a lookalike creature before the creation of my species.In order to get one of my closed species, you will have to purchase:
- an adoptable
- a MYO slot
- or commission a customA MYO slot cannot be resold unless you ask and we can come to an agreement on who you are selling it to and why. They can be gifted or traded as well, as long as you talk to me first.My closed species adopts CANNOT be resold without notifying me first if it is a closed species. Each species will have their own rules you can ask me about or find on their respected pages, but in general:
- They cannot be sold for more than what you bought them for, unless you have commissioned artwork of them
- Can only be gifted/traded after asking and getting permission from meAll MYO designs need to be run by me before they can be made official to the species. If changes need to be made, I will let you know so you can change them accordingly.Anyone on the blacklist for my species can not purchase or be sold any of my closed species.
NSFW CommissionsNSFW is “not safe for work”, or 18+ content I will NOT give NSFW to minors, and will need proof that you are over 18 years of age when commissioning me for such artwork, this can include:
- Legal ID
- Birth Certificate
- Drivers licence
- Passport
- Anything with your birthday on itPlease ask in a Private Chat for what you would like. I currently do not have solid set rules for this but general, common things can be drawn. Visual Art TOS OverviewAll sales are final. I reserve the right to repossess any and all art if the rules of my TOS are broken. I do not refund, but in very rare circumstances I will refund what you have paid me. All artworks by me will have my signature or a watermark. You are not allowed to remove this.By buying any art commissions, adoptables, closed species + CS characters/designs, art/commission slots, YCH slots, or auctions, you agree to these terms and conditions. I reserve the right to change, add to, or replace these terms and conditions at any time.If you have any questions, please shoot me a message and I will be happy to reply if I am not busy at the time.
Fursuits and Physical ItemsBecause of the high costs and need of a delivery address, all customers must be 18 years of age or older. If you are a minor and under the age of 18, you are required to work with your parental figure or legal guardian, and I will need to speak with them as well as you through this process. By placing a commission without stating your age, you are agreeing to the term that you are 18 or older.Any quotes from me last for around 40-60 days. Quote meaning the price/s it will cost for you to purchase a particular thing from me with what design you would like.I will have certain slots open at any time and paid/paying upfront customers will be served first and will be higher up on the list then unpaid customers. Slots will only open if I can have more open from finished suits opening spaces again or more time to work on them.The warrantee for physical suit items lasts 4 months (120 days), it starts from when I leave it at the post office and will be written on a letter that comes with the items.It will cover for any:
- Defective material
- Breaking/ripping
- Poor constructionIt will not cover for:
- Postage costs to me and back to you
- If your purposely damage the item/sAny changes made to your suit that need to be done by me, you will have to cover for postage both ways. Any and all unauthorised alterations (physical changes to the items) will void the warrantee.I accept PayPal for all orders. Cash is accepted if you are local to where I currently live. I am not responsible for any lost, late, or withdrawn payments. Lost payments only means if you lost the money before you could hand it to me to pay for your item/s or if you sent cash in the post and it was lost during delivery. Payments must be paid in full at due dates. Each fortnight or month (depending on the item) will require a payment while I am working on your item as well as an upfront payment for when I begin on your item. You will have to cover conversion fees.I require a Duct Tape Dummy of the client to be made and shipped with the correct sizing from the client/s purchasing the full fursuits, fursuit legs, or fursuit torsos. The dummy must be made to the type of fit you would like, such as:
- Loose, or
- MediumIf you are planning on losing or gaining weight, still need to grow, or otherwise changing your body shape, wait to make the dummy until after you change physically. The better the dummy fits you, the better the suit will fit you. Torn or not well-made dummies will not be accepted, and you will be asked to send another one, you can find videos on youtube on how to make them and if you still struggle, I will be happy to give you a helping hand if you have any questions. If you do not make and send another that is up to the standards of what I ask, I may have to cancel your order if you are not willing to cooperate.I will make size alterations to the suit if need be, but you will be required to pay a fee unless the suit is unable to fit the original dummy or the clients original body shape. This is why I ask that you send a dummy after any physical changes as to prevent a situation like this happening. I can offer WIP (work in progress) images for your items and will make changes if needed to better fit what you have in mind.If a character’s design changes during or after the time I am working on the suit, additional time and costs will be added. Avoid changing the design if you can after I have started and provide me with all the details that I need to make your suit as close to the design as possible. I will ask questions before I even add you onto the list to ensure I can do the best for you and your suit.Everyone has their own style with their creations, and I will not accept an order if it involved copying another maker’s style. I work with my own style and cannot copy other's styles anyway.Any commission prices shown do NOT include the cost of postage. Any client purchasing from me outside of Australia will have a costly postage price. If you plan on buying from me and you are not country local, make sure to have enough money to cover postage. I will require a name and phone number along with the address I will be shipping to.I have the right to refuse taking commissions from you and cancelling your order if you are being rude, disrespectful, or problematic. A 50% refund will be made if I have not yet started cutting fur, and a 25% refund will be made if I have started working with the fur already. If the product is completed and you choose to be hard to work with (such as not providing the needed information for postage and delivery), I will not send out the product, but I will give a 20% refund and I reserve the right to sell the product as a premade with some design changes. When reselling the suit or items you bought from me, you may not sell them more then what you paid.I take my time with every suit and I am a busy person, so it can take up to a few months to complete fur gloves or heads. All I ask is that you remain patient. Do not commission me if you do not have the patience or respect for my personal life.I try my best to get fur and/or fabrics that are as close as to what you provide to me in a reference as I can, and I will check with you before I order if I do not already have the colours. It will never be guaranteed that it will be the exact shade as every batch of fur made is always a different shade from the previous one, and some companies may not sell the exact colour of your design.ALLERGY ALERT
I live with a DOG, a CAT, and a BIRD. If you have any allergies to these animals, then I highly recommend NOT buying any physical items from me.
